Impact Youth Organization (IYO) is a Sudanese national non-profit and non-governmental organization that aims to empower young people and youth to be key actors and active players in discussion, policymaking, and development targets and goals, enhancing their participation in the implementation and sustainable humanitarian and development interventions in their communities guided by national and international strategies and the SDGs. It also aims to bring young people and youth together to harness their skills, share experiences, improve creativity and innovation, and advance their knowledge. The objectives of the organization are to empower and engage young people and youth in development through meaningful participation as well as provide opportunities for them to serve and gain crucial professional experience, soft skills, social competence, international exposure, and leadership skills to build resilient, and inclusive communities
